[경제]More than half of the people “2·4 real estate measures will not help”

The key to this 2.4 real estate countermeasure is to catch raging house prices through a breakthrough public-led supply of housing.

When YTN commissioned a public opinion poll to see how much this measure would help stabilize real estate prices, more than half of 10 people said it would not help.

2.4 The key to real estate countermeasures is to supply more than 800,000 homes to major metropolitan cities in a short time to set real estate prices.

In particular, in Seoul, where house prices are struggling, we have announced a plan to supply 320,000 units, which is equivalent to the total inventory of apartments in 3 districts in Gangnam.

YTN asked Real Meter how the citizens would really evaluate this measure.

As a result of the survey, more than half of 10 people answered that the measure would not help stabilize real estate prices.

While 53.1% of respondents said it would not be helpful, 27.3% said they would not be helpful, and 41.7% said it would be helpful.

In most regions, the response that it was not helpful was dominant, but opinions were tightly divided in Gwangju and Jeolla.

By age group, many respondents said that it would not be helpful in their 20s, 70s or older, and 40s.

In particular, 62.7% said that they would not be helpful, but 47.3% said that they would not be helpful at all, and the percentage of positive negative responses was higher than the average.

67.5% of respondents with conservative tendencies said it would not be helpful, while more than half of the progressives expected it to be helpful.

Among the supporters of the Democratic Party, close to 73% of the respondents said that it would be helpful, and nearly 80% of the supporters of the people’s power showed no help.

This survey was conducted on the 5th, and it was conducted on 500 men and women aged 18 and over nationwide, and the sample error was +-4.4%p at the 95% confidence level.
