[경제]Candidate of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport “It is not an alternative to’public vs. private initiative’… a win-win with local governments”

Amid the big challenges of housing supply policy and eradicating speculation, new Homeland Minister Candidate Hyung-wook Noh made a speech on his first way to work to prepare for the hearing.

First, they expressed their confidence that they can negotiate a compromise with local governments regarding the deregulation of reconstruction and the controversy over the public price hike.

Homeland Minister Noh Hyeong-wook showed a willingness to stabilize housing and eradicate speculation on his first way to work to prepare for the hearing.

They showed a willingness to proceed with the last 2·4 countermeasures smoothly and to impose relentless sanctions against speculative forces like the LH crisis.

Candidate Roh expressed a somewhat appeased stance, saying that it is not an alternative problem, and a compromise can be found, especially with regard to the deregulation of Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon’s private reconstruction.

Candidate Roh also lowered his attitude, saying that he would find a way through communication to some of the heads of local governments’ claims to freeze the official price and transfer decision authority.

Earlier, the heads of the five local governments under the People’s Power set up a confrontation with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, saying that they have a lot of distrust in calculating the official price.

Candidate Roh expressed confidence that he had some understanding of the overall policies of the Ministry of Land, while serving as a policy coordinator in the Office of State Affairs Coordination, regarding concerns that the real estate policy is less specialized.

Personnel hearings for the new Homeland Minister candidate will be held as early as the end of this month.
