The government joint investigation team is conducting a thorough investigation into allegations of speculation by government officials and LH employees of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and additional implicates are emerging one after another.

As a result of YTN’s interview, it was confirmed that three or four LH employees voluntarily reported land dumping.

Two days after allegations of speculation in the new city came out, LH started apologizing to the public.

Despite the apology, new suspicions arose day after day, and public anger spread.

LH finally established a’voluntary report center’ in the audit room.

The reporting period was one week from the last 5 days.

In the meantime, it was reported that three or four of LH employees voluntarily reported.

It seems that the President even went to order Balbonsaekwon, and the Prime Minister decided to report voluntarily when he made a super strong call of’defeat’.

The land owned by the employees who voluntarily reported was confirmed to be land in 6 areas of the 3rd new town, including the Gwangmyeong and Siheung districts where the first suspicion came out, and in 8 areas with a housing area of ​​over 1 million m2, such as Gwacheon and Ansan.

There is a growing concern that LH employees’ suspicions of indiscriminate speculation across the new city could disrupt the planned supply schedule.
