The power of the people, Kim Jong-in, chairman of the Emergency Response Committee, criticized “I doubt whether the National Election Commission is playing a role as a neutral and independent organization specified in the Constitution.”

Chairman Kim said at the Central Election Countermeasure Committee meeting on the 5th, “If the Election Commission loses its neutrality and independence, keep in mind how the results will come out.” We must keep our independence,” he urged.

Ho-young Joo criticized that “the election committee is advocating the president, who went to the re-election site to promote the regional national project, and is pouring out unscrupulous decisions (for the opposition).”

President Moon Jae-in visited Busan at the end of February and said, “When I look at the new airport’s planned site (Gadeok Island), my heart is beating.” With this, the opposition party requested an interpretation by the election committee, saying that President Moon’s visit was an act to influence the election, with a month or so ahead of the by-election. In response, the NEC issued an opinion that it’did not violate the election law’.

“The election committee officially recognized the Democratic Party as a hypocritical, incompetent, and low-ranking Nanbul party,” said Joo Nae. It is said that it is not possible to judge the incompetent regime.

According to the power of the people, the party secretariat recently inquired with the Election Commission to see if’voting beats hypocrisy, incompetence, and poorly’ as a banner to encourage voting. Accordingly, the NEC notified that “a specific party (candidate) can be easily inferred or is not used because it is an expression that appears to be against.”

Representative Joo also said, “It was wrong from the composition of the people themselves, which undermines the neutrality and fairness of the Election Commission, such as Chairman Roh Jeong-hee and the standing member of the Election Commission Cho Hae-ju.”
