A drunk man in his twenties was caught in front of a hospital in downtown Seoul for assaulting patient caregivers and nurses.

When I checked my background, I was an active duty private member of the army on vacation.

This is the exclusive report by reporter Shin Joon-myeong.

A sturdy man with short hair poses as if he’s boxing, then swings his fist at the person standing.

When the party prevented him from doing so, he punched and kicked the party as well.

Then, while trying to run away, when people chase after him, they again brutally beat him.

[목격자 : 술에 취했더라고요, 보니까. 취했네, 이러고 지켜보고 있는데 여성 2명에게 그냥 가서 (폭행했어요.)]

The incident took place around 10:40 pm on the 29th of last month.

Mr. A’s Don’t Ask It’s in front of a hospital where the assault took place.

Mr. A assaulted all three people here, including a guardian, a nurse, and a party who drank together in the hospital.

After receiving reports of victims, the police arrested A, a 21-year-old man, on charges of assault.

When I checked my background, I was on vacation as an active duty private member of the army.

It is said that Mr. A admitted to the charges, saying that he was so drunk by the police that he did so without his knowledge.

A military official said on the phone with YTN that Mr. A has always been sincerely engaged in military life, but he seems to have been accidentally committed after drinking a lot of alcohol.

The police handed over the investigation to the military police.

Based on this, the Army plans to further investigate the case and determine the level of disciplinary action separately from criminal penalties.
