According to the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters on that day, the period of basic quarantine rules, which was from the 29th of last month to the 4th of this month, has ended. From this day, penalties such as imposition of a fine for negligence will be enforced. It is intended to prevent the spread of Corona 19 from spreading to the 4th epidemic.
The existing basic quarantine rules were four rules: wearing a mask, posting and guiding the quarantine rules, managing the list of visitors, and periodic disinfection and ventilation. In addition, three things were added: banning food intake, restricting access to bequest boxes, and designating quarantine managers.
Access lists must now be completed by everyone who visits them. Until now, it was mandatory for all visitors to fill out, but it has been a common practice to write only one of the visitors and record the rest as’others’. In the future, it is mandatory for all visitors to fill out an access list, and if this is violated, a fine of not more than 3 million won for the owner and 100,000 won for the user can be imposed.
Food cannot be eaten except for restaurants, cafes, and subsidiary facilities for food sales. Previously, food intake was possible at some facilities depending on the distancing stage.

However, food can be eaten in places with separate food intake spaces or quarantine sections, such as cafes and restaurants in the facility. For example, the kids cafe cannot eat food in the play area, but you can eat or drink food or drinks in areas such as restaurants and cafes. In the case of a PC room, food can be eaten if there is a’ㄷ’-shaped partition.
In addition to the existing 24 types of key and general management facilities, 9 facilities have been added including sports stadiums (viewing), casinos, bicycle racing, horse racing, racing courses, art museums, libraries, kids cafes, exhibitions and fairs, international conference halls, massage services and massage centers. 33 facilities are obligated to comply with basic quarantine rules.
