On Saturday, the 27th, there are many clouds all over the country, and it will gradually become cloudy from the west in the morning.

Due to the influence of the low pressure, rain will start in the north of Gyeonggi, the east of Jeollanam-do, the west of Gyeongnam, and Jeju Island in the morning, and will expand to the whole country in the afternoon.

In particular, there are places where strong and heavy rain accompanied by gusts, thunder, and lightning in Jeju Island, the southern coast, and near Mt. Jiris, where a lot of water vapor flows in between night and dawn of the next day. An official from the Meteorological Administration said, “Please pay special attention to avoid damage from safety accidents and rain.”

Estimated precipitation until the 28th is 30~80mm in Jeju Island, eastern Jeonnam, south coast of Gyeongnam, and near Mt.

It will rain 20 to 60 mm in the metropolitan area such as Seoul, Jeolla-do, and Gyeongnam, 10 to 40 mm in Yeongseo and Chungcheong in Gangwon, and 10 to 40 mm in Gyeongbuk, and 5 to 20 mm in the east coast of Gangwon-do and northern Gyeongbuk.

The morning temperature will rise 2 to 5 degrees from the previous day, recording more than 5 degrees in most regions of the country, and especially in major cities, western Jeolla, and the southern coast, it will be relatively warm, around 10 degrees. The daytime temperature is 4 to 7 degrees lower than the previous day due to the influence of the rain cloud zone, and it will record around 15 degrees in most parts of the country.

The nation’s lowest temperature in the morning is 3 to 12 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature in the daytime is 12 to 19 degrees Celsius.

The concentration of fine dust will be high in the midwest, such as the metropolitan area, until morning due to atmospheric congestion. From the afternoon, the high concentration of fine dust will gradually be eliminated due to the smooth air diffusion and the influence of rain.

The concentration of fine dust in Seoul and Incheon will be’bad’ and other areas will record’normal’ levels, and in Incheon, the concentration will rise to’very bad’ temporarily in the morning.

On Sunday, the 28th, the whole country will be cloudy, and it will gradually become clearer from the west in the afternoon, but clouds will increase again at night in the central region and the Jeolla region.

Most of the rain will stop at dawn, but there are some inland areas where the rain continues until the morning. From night, there may be places where it rains again in the metropolitan area, Yeongseo, Gangwon, and Chungcheong areas due to the influence of the Gapgol going south from the northwest.

The temperature will rise to around 15 degrees in most parts of the country, and the eastern coast of Jeollanam-do, Gyeongsang area, and southern Gangwon will be warmer by more than 20 degrees. The lowest temperature in the morning in the country is 8 to 16 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature in the daytime is 12 to 22 degrees Celsius.

The concentration of fine dust will be maintained at a’good’ level across the country due to the smooth air diffusion and the influence of rain.
