CEO Soother will be the first keynote speaker at the ‘2021 Distribution Industry Forum’ held by Chosun Biz on the 25th. Soother joined Google in 2001 and led the growth of the digital industry along with founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin. In addition, from the beginning of e-commerce in 2004, it has joined the digital transformation of the distribution industry accelerated by Corona 19 last year.

In addition, he advised, “You should be able to obtain customer information from various windows as much as possible by using multiple data platforms in combination,” and advised, “You should use cloud-based analysis tools provided by Internet companies such as Google to predict consumer behavior.” .

In this forum, an interview with Carolina Garcia Gomez, Director of Global Digital Strategy Headquarters of IKEA under the Inca Group, will also be revealed. He will talk about IKEA’s future strategy and digitalization plans for the omnichannel era. IKEA is expanding its omni-channel strategy by succeeding in increasing 1 billion online customers last year while continuing to expand offline stores.
