Several years ago, ahead of a personnel hearing of a candidate for the prime minister, he covered allegations of speculation on land owned by his family and acquaintances. I’ve been covering allegations of land speculation by high-ranking officials several times, but I remember the most. This is because the land owned by the candidates’ families was located in the middle of a shallow mountain in the corner of a city in the metropolitan area where I was born and lived for 30 years. I found out whether the land on the outskirts of the city was such a valuable place by reading a certified copy of the real estate register and covering real estate agents. In the early 2000s, when the candidate was a member of the National Assembly, his family bought the land. It is a time when the regulations on the land have just been lifted and expectations for development are high. The names of 10 influential figures such as members of the National Assembly and the families of large corporations were poured out when the registered copies of adjacent parcels were removed. It was also the same day when a real estate consulting company was involved and made a collective sale contract and bought the land. There were also signs of’split buying’. Ten years after they bought it, they wrote an article saying that the publicly announced land price of the land increased 10 times, saying, “It has nothing to do with speculation. (The family) tried to build a house.” Public opinion was raging, but whether the purchase of the land was’speculation’ or’investment’ was not clear afterwards. Real estate speculation by high-ranking officials and influential people is not a day or two, but it seems that the presence of’their own league’ was recognizable by looking at the piles of copies of the registers piled up on the desk. Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH·LH) employees are suspicious of speculation in the 3rd new city, and it has been a long time to lift a certified copy of the register. Even today, many reporters are wandering through a maze of numbers and addresses that are dryly listed on a copy of the register. I have a feeling of deception. The suspicion of real estate speculation launched by LH employees uncovers land all over the country owned by local government officials, lawmakers, Blue House employees, and the general public. The’real estate league’, which has been known but pretended not to know, rises to the surface again. Whether the LH employees purchased land using undisclosed information should be revealed by investigation, but the structure of development expectations → focus of planning real estate, speculators, and influential personnel → splitting shares and land → mass production of fake farmers, etc. It doesn’t seem to have changed in. The clarification of “investment, not speculation” is also “copy→paste”.
On the morning of the 5th, members of the Youth Progressive Party held a press conference in front of the Cheongwadae fountain in Jongno-gu, Seoul, and condemned the Korean Land and Housing Corporation employees’ allegations of speculation in the third new city. By Kim Hye-yoon, staff reporter
‘I as a professional’ focuses on finding the facts of the real estate speculation suspicion and institutional loopholes that mass-produce speculators, but after work,’I as a living person’ is obsessed with feelings of deprivation or jealousy. This is because they face the sad fact that the world doesn’t change much. ‘Where did I hear what I heard and bought this land?”How are their networks intertwined?”What’s the use of knowing information but not having money?’… . The social problems caused by unearned income are so obvious, but I think the biggest harm is that the members of society are more obsessed with’self-help’ than the community. As the books that have become a hot topic in the past few years point out, the’league of their own’ is becoming more solid, and as if in the last train, people cling to asset investments. The article on the blinds, “If you get stuck, you will change jobs,” penetrates the essence of the “separate society”. Of course, there are many people who can’t even dream of getting on the last train. The story of’Real Estate Redemption Liquidation’ comes out, and even the government or politicians who want to liquidate the redemption reveals that they are located at the top of the real estate league, and it is difficult to get a sense of where and what they are going to liquidate. The result of a public opinion poll (a national survey released on the 18th), with 73% of respondents saying “I do not trust the announcement of the Blue House and the government survey team” shows the hearts of many citizens. Nevertheless, I think it should be different this time, and pick up a copy of the register again with the team members. Hoping that a poet’s sighs will be wrong this time. “Anger scatters like a fog, sadness passes like a rainy season/Ah, the world will not change again.” (Baekmusan) [email protected]
