4.7 Nationalist Party candidate Oh Se-hoon Oh Se-hoon and Ahn Cheol-soo, who ran for the re-election of the mayor of Seoul, reached an agreement on the detailed method of the unification of opposition opinion polls.

On the 20th, the working-level negotiating group announced that they had held private working-level negotiations in Mapo-gu, Seoul on the 20th, and agreed to a unified rule that surveyed competitiveness and suitability only for wireless phones (mobile phones).

In detail, △2 survey institutions surveyed with 1600 samples each, but each agency surveyed 800 samples each and reflected 50% of their fitness and competitiveness.△The unified public opinion survey was conducted with 100% wireless security number.

The working-level negotiation groups of both sides will meet again at the National Assembly on the morning of the 21st to make final adjustments to the poll phrases and survey timing.

When detailed negotiations are concluded, there is a possibility that a public opinion poll will begin in the afternoon of the 21st. In this case, it is possible to elect a single candidate for pan-optics as early as the 23rd.

Earlier, Candidate Ahn and Candidate Oh held a press conference on the 19th, the last day of candidate registration, and announced that they would “concess” each other over a unified public opinion poll. However, despite their declaration of’concession’, the working-level negotiations did not narrow their disagreements on the way of polling. Both sides have reaffirmed the principle that the negotiations for unification of opposition candidates will be finished by the 24th. The official election campaign begins on the 25th.
