Originally known as’Chungju T-panty Nam’, the man was confirmed to have worn’short hot pants’, and was referred to a summary trial on charges of violating the misdemeanor punishment law (overexposure). Under the criminal law, it is known that the’promotional lewdness’ was not applied.
In order to be convicted of overexposure, it is necessary to wear a thong to expose the genitals or buttocks. In addition, in the case of performing lewdness, you must take actions, such as implying that it is sexual.
