As if she couldn’t control her joy, she lifted the child up and said, “I missed it.” Even the mother looking at this smiles with a heartfelt laughter.

On the 28th of last month, a user named Claudia Felix posted a hug video on TikTok and received more than 45,000 sympathies. After vaccination, he visits his parents and hugs them. He, too, is thrilled, saying it’s a hug after a year.
Just a few months ago, completely different hug scenes became a hot topic. It was a sad hug with a plastic screen in between, aka’Corona Hug’ (#COVIDHUG).

However, in the United States, where the vaccination rate has exceeded 20%,’hug’ (#HUG) without a modifier is receiving a hot response.

Hugging with those close to you has become a’symbol of everyday life’ regained by vaccination.

It is a new distancing guideline released on the 8th by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). It was said that families who received the vaccine could gather indoors without a mask.

It must have been natural in some way that many people thought of grandmothers and grandparents first in these guidelines. It would have been difficult to get close especially after Corona 19.

Sara Marie, who lives in Arizona, shares a video of her hug with her on Twitter, encouraging her to get vaccinated so she can hug her.

Jessica Shaw, who posted a scene of hugging her grandmother and granddaughter on Twitter on the 9th, said, “We are still in the middle of the marathon. We hope this scene will help us move forward at least a little.”
