The two countries of the United States, China, and the United States held a slander in front of the media on the first day, and continued the war on the second day.
US Secretary of State Tony Blincoln, White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, Chinese Communist Party Political Officer Yang Jietz and Foreign Minister Wang Yi concluded three 2+2 talks in Anchorage, Alaska.
It was not possible to make a joint statement or an announcement, so the conflict between the US and China would continue for some time.
After the meeting, Sullivan said, “I expected a difficult and straightforward conversation over a wide range of issues, and that’s exactly what it is.”
He said the U.S. has given priorities and intentions and listened to China’s position. He said it will continue to cooperate with allies and partners to move forward, and continue to cooperate with China.
“We had honest, constructive and informative conversations,” said Yang Jietsu, “but of course there are still differences.”
He stressed that “the two sides must follow a’non-conflict policy’ in order to move on to a healthy and stable trajectory in the future.”
Secretary of State Blincoln said he shared his concerns about China with his allies and presented US principles and worldview.
He also said that he had an honest conversation on conflict issues between the US and China, such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Tibet, and Xinjiang.
Foreign Minister Wang Yi said he made it clear that sovereignty is a matter of principle and that China’s determination to defend it should not be underestimated.

Anyway, the two countries discussed various issues, including the North Korean nuclear issue, right?

Secretary Blincoln said he had long and very candid conversations over a wide range of agendas, including North Korea, Iran, Afghanistan, and climate change.
After the talks, senior US officials say the United States can explore whether there are areas to cooperate with China, particularly those areas, Reuters reported.
The United States urged China to play a role, pointing out that China is passive about sanctions by the international community to bring North Korea to the dialogue table.
Bloomberg said the United States tried to lower expectations before the talks, but failed to make any announcements that it did not reach its lower targets.
Reuters reported that the US took a tough stance and China warned against it, saying it was a talk that showed the depth of the conflict between the two major economies.
This meeting was the first high-level face-to-face contact between the two countries since President Biden took office in January amid conflict between the United States and China.
