Seoul Mayor Candidate’s Fortunes: Park Young-sun and Oh Se-hoon, 5 billion won

The Democratic Party candidate Park Young-sun, the power of the people, and Oh Se-hoon of the People’s Party, who entered the by-election of the mayor of Seoul, reported that the people of the People’s Party, Ahn Chul-soo, had a property of 150 billion won.

On the 19th, the Central Election Commission disclosed information on the property, military service, and tax payments of candidates running for the 4·7 re-election by-election through the election statistics system (info.nec.go.kr).
Candidate Park Young-sun reported 5,669.112 million won as the property of himself, his spouse and son.

The real estate reported a detached house in Yeonhui-dong in Seoul (1.486 billion won) in the name of the person, a Tokyo apartment in Japan (973 million won) in the name of a spouse, and a charter ticket for an officetel in Seoul (640 million won).

In addition, he reported 2,521.2 million won in deposits in the name of himself, spouse and son, 39.8 million won in stocks such as Celltrion in the name of spouse, and 219 million won in membership rights such as golf courses.

He also reported 210 million won as a loan for his spouse’s purchase of an apartment in Tokyo.

Candidate Se-hoon Oh reported a total of 59,0386 million won for himself and his spouse. He and his spouse reported 2,216 billion won in a row house in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and a deposit of 1.15 billion won in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul under the name of the person and their spouse.

The land in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, in the name of the spouse also reported 178.44 million won.

He and his spouse also reported 23,9492 million won in deposits, 11.995 million won in securities, and 55 million won in sculptures owned by the spouse.

Candidate Chul-soo Ahn reported a total of 15518.6 billion won as the property of himself and his spouse, revealing that he possessed the most wealth among the candidates.

Among them, the value of 1.86 million stocks of AhnLab, which he owns, is 14,173 billion won.

As real estate, he reported 335 million won for the jeonse in Nowon-gu, Seoul in his name, and 11.473 billion won for his and his spouse deposits, respectively.

In addition, Candidate Gyeonggi Heo of the National Revolutionary Party reported property of 7.262.24 million won.

In the Busan Mayor’s by-election, Democratic Party candidate Kim Young-chun reported a total of 11.29.62 million won as the property of him, his spouse, mother, and eldest son.

An apartment in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, in the name of the person is 664.00 million won, and a deposit of 420 million won for a building in Busan in the name of the spouse is included.

The power of the people Candidate Hyung-jun Park reported the property of him and his spouse of 4.48 billion won.
As for the real estate, he reported 2.115 billion won in Haeundae L-city apartment in the name of his spouse, 1.79.99 million won in Haeundae building, and 564.27 million won in neighborhood facilities in Gijang-gun, Busan in his name.

Gijang-gun land, forest, and roads in the name of the person and spouse also reported 1,094.03 million won.

Deposits of 573.18 million won, securities of 129.27 million won, and golf course membership rights of 345 million won were also reported.

As a debt, he reported a total of 2.193.37 million won, including 977 million won in a collateral loan under the name of the spouse.
