The administrative lawsuit that raised the dismissal procedure was won… Government responds by appeal

It was confirmed that former LX president Choi Chang-hak, who was dismissed due to problems such as forcibly accompanying the driver, is pursuing reinstatement. This is because he won the administrative lawsuit against the government, claiming that there was a procedural problem in the dismissal process. The government is responding with an immediate appeal, but if the former president returns, LX will become a two-man president system.
According to LX (Korea National Territory Information Corporation) on the 19th, the Seoul Administrative Court ruled over the plaintiff last month in an administrative lawsuit filed by former LX President Choi Chang-hak over dismissal.
Former CEO Choi was dismissed in April of last year due to improper business agreements and forcing the driver to accompany him. His term of office was one year and three months left.
Since then, the former president Choi filed a lawsuit saying that there was a procedural problem in the dismissal process, saying, “I did not give an opinion properly,” and the court admitted this and raised the hand of the former president.
The government immediately appealed to the court ruling, but it was confirmed that Choi’s former president had informed LX of his intention to return to the president.
An LX official said, “The lawsuit against President Choi is underway and is being watched by the government,” he said. “Reinstatement has not been confirmed.”
LX was in an embarrassing situation when the former president Choi requested a return. This is because the current president Kim Jeong-ryul took office in September last year. If the former president Choi returns, LX will be in a situation where the two presidents will become two until July of this year, when the term of former president Choi ends.
