[아시아경제 송승섭 기자]Woori Bank announced on the 19th that it will build an’AI consulting integration platform’ after introducing artificial intelligence (AI) counseling bots and selecting preferred negotiators for chatbot enhancement.

AI counseling bot is a service that provides accurate answers to simple tasks such as deposit maturity, loan delinquency, and reporting of various accidents using AI technology. If specific counseling is needed, it is connected to a counselor.

Woori Bank expects that the introduction of the bot will shorten the customer waiting time, increasing customer satisfaction, and increasing the specialization and efficiency of counseling staff.

In addition, we plan to advance the chatbot so that the Webibot of the current application (app)’One Banking’ can accurately understand the intention of the customer’s question.

An official at Woori Bank emphasized, “Through this project, we are expected to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen the competence of counseling staff by shortening the waiting time for counseling. We will reinforce digital innovation to evolve into a future customer communication center.”
