A call came to 911 at around 5:45 pm local time on the 16th of the Atlanta shootings.
We are at the Gold Spa Massage Shop where 3 Koreans died.
[911] Do you need a police or fire department or an ambulance?
[신고자] I don’t know.
[911] Who needs it?
[신고자] Here’s the robbery. Please call the police.
[911] A robber?
[신고자] Yes.
The call was made to hide from the criminal, and the voice was low, but I calmly asked for help.
[911] Where is the robber now?
[신고자] I do not know. I’m hiding now.
[911] How is the robber’s impression? Can you see him?
[신고자] Caucasian male.
[911] White men? What are you wearing?
[신고자] I do not know. Please come.
Ten minutes later, another woman called 911.
[911] Please tell me exactly what happened.
[신고자] I don’t know yet. I got a call from a friend, and a man came in and heard a gunshot. A woman fell at the door and lost her mind.
I received a phone call from a friend at the aromatherapy spa where another shooting took place and reported it in an urgent voice.
One woman fell, and others called for rescue, claiming she was trembling for fear of hiding inside.
[신고자] A man came in and shot, everyone heard gunshots, and some got hurt. Everyone hid in fear, and the woman lost her mind.
The police arrived at the scene within 2-3 minutes of receiving the report, but the criminal had already left.
