In an electronic parts manufacturing plant in Nonsan, Chungcheongnam-do, an explosion caused a big fire, one employee died, and nine people, including paramedics and residents, were injured.
The explosion inflicted great damage in nearby buildings and houses as well as glass windows and damaged places.

The factory turned into a sea of fire, followed by explosions.
Around 1:50 am, a big fire broke out with an explosion at an electronics manufacturing factory in Noseong-myeon, Nonsan, Chungcheongnam-do.

One of the factory workers in their 30s was found missing and dead.
In addition, nine people, including factory workers, paramedics, and residents of a nearby village, were injured and treated at the hospital.
Three paramedics were dispatched to the factory after being reported that an employee had collapsed, and the ambulance fell to the side in a sudden explosion and was injured.
The fire was extinguished in three and a half hours after burning seven buildings, and there were many hazardous chemicals such as toluene in the factory, which led to an order for evacuation of residents.
The area around the factory also suffered great damage.

Fire departments believe that an accident occurred in the process of handling semiconductor coating liquid materials in the factory.
