According to the official brokerage in Bangbae-dong, the market price of 129㎡ for exclusive use of the complex ranges from 1.7 billion to 1.8 billion won. An 84 square meter dedicated to Bangbae Hyundai Home Town 2 (moved in August 2001) in Bangbae-dong, with a size of 384 nearby, was traded at 1.85 billion won in December last year.
