Hyeon Joo-yeop, a former basketball player, refutes the suspicion of abusing (school violence) surrounding him, and a truth battle is taking place. In the midst of this, it was argued that Seo Jang-hoon, a one-year senior in the basketball club at Whimoon High School of Hyeon Joo-yeop, should emerge.
On the 15th, A, who is a two-year junior of Hyun Joo-yeop, appeared on the YouTube channel’Foot-and-Jae’. He introduced that he was friends with the first revelation.
He said, “I know there are 6-7 victims from Whimoon Middle and High School, and I know that there are about six (victims) in Korea University and Sangmu. I think it’s more than that,” he said.
He then claimed that there was a friend who quit playing basketball because of that, or by hitting the head with a chess board from Hyun Joo-yeop. He said, “Does Hyun Joo-yeop use his juniors to relieve his stress? It was a situation that was so serious that I could think of it.”
He also talked about the suspicion that Hyun Joo-yeop assaulted not only his juniors, but also his motives. Mr. A argued, “When Hyun Joo-yeop was in high school, it was the time when he reigned as basketball president, and he was a senior, coach, motive, and undisclosed man.” He added, “Before the disclosure, I contacted Hyun Joo-yeop’s motives as well, but it might be embarrassing that I was right with the motives, so I felt reluctant to do so.”
As for the reason for the revelation, he said, “I thought so (of course) because the athletic department was strong at the time and the relationship between seniors and juniors was strong,” he said. “I think (rather) it was too late.” He confessed, “I thought that Joo-yeop Hyun would confess (Hakpok) and make a sincere apology, but I was able to respond to the interview by seeing an article that refuted it.”
In particular, Mr. A mentioned Seo Jang-hoon. “The person who knows this best is probably Seo Jang-hoon’s brother,” he said. “If he comes out and expresses his position, I think it will go in a good direction.”
However, Hyun Joo-yeop refuted that such an argument was not true at all. On the 14th, he denied the suspicion through his Instagram, saying, “I apologize sincerely for giving nerds to my juniors as a claimant, but there was absolutely no personal violence.”
On the same day, Mr. B, who is a two-year junior in the basketball club of Hyun Joo-yeop, also posted a post on the online community refuting the suspicion of the abuse of Hyun Joo-yeop. There were, but I can confidently say that I have never seen them be violated or exercised.”
Hyun Joo-yeop’s controversy over school violence arose on the 14th when an article was posted on the online community titled “The school’s best basketball player H’s hakpok truth room”. “(Hyun Joo-yeop) made the Wonsan bombing, and those who couldn’t hold up were assaulted with their fists or feet,” said the author, “two years juniors who worked out at the same school.” In addition, Hyun Joo-yeop said, “I hit my juniors with the corners of the chessboard, and I forcibly took my three colleagues and one junior to the prostitution on the night before the final of the national sports competition in high school.” He used the initials of Mr. H instead of his real name, but implied that the abuser was Hyun Joo-yeop, saying, “My mother was a basketball player from the national team, and my father had a business and was exceptionally good at sports.”
