The annual transaction amount of eBay Korea was 20 trillion won last year.
In terms of the volume of transactions, it forms a top three structure, following Naver and Coupang.

Lotte and Shinsegae, which are focusing on expanding their online business recently, showed a cautious stance, saying, “We are still considering whether to participate in preliminary bidding.”

According to the investment banking industry, SK Telecom, which operates 11st Street, is also considering participating in the acquisition before the acquisition.
The currently known selling price of eBay Korea is 5 trillion won.
