Webtoon writer Joo Ho-min confessed in an online broadcast that her child has a disability. It is said that he took courage to see actor Oh Yoon-ah, who appeared with a child with a similar disability in a recent entertainment program.
On the 14th, writer Joo Ho-min confessed to this fact through a live broadcast of “Pearl Shining Night: The Story of Sunjae” on his YouTube channel. Ho-min Joo married in 2010 and has two sons. Seonjae is the first son of writer Joo Homin.
He said in the broadcast, “First Seonjae has a developmental disability. He has autism, so he can’t communicate well,” he said. “Originally, I had to go to elementary school last year. I’m 9 years old, so I entered this time.” Writer Joo Ho-min explained that the reasons why he moved frequently, received frequent calls even during live online broadcasts, and why he worked with the author instead of writing a cartoon story were all in order to fit his life with his first son.
