This is because there is a lot of talk from the Washington government about the Biden administration’s new North Korea policy, but it has not been established yet.

In addition, the ROK-US joint drill has been in progress since last week, and a face-to-face meeting with the diplomatic and defense ministers between the US and the ROK is scheduled. Through this, North Korea is expected to focus on understanding the insides of the US.
