A drug suspect hits a policeman after him by car.

The police officer who was in the accident was seriously injured and is being treated at the hospital.

An apartment in Jeonju, Jeonbuk.

A gray midsize car hit the exterior wall of the apartment.

The police, firefighters, and citizens gathered in the following struggling to lift and move vehicles.

[아파트 주민 : 쾅 소리가 나고 이상한 가스 냄새가 나더라고. 그래서 문을 열고 쳐다봤더니 차가 안으로 들어와 있는 거예요. 지나가는 사람마다 오라고 소리를 질렀지. 사람 깔렸으니 빨리 오라고.]

The accident happened around 10 o’clock at night.

A police officer belonging to the Jeonbuk Police Agency’s drug investigation team was crushed by a suspect in his 30s.

At the time, the police were pursuing two suspects after obtaining drug-related intelligence.

One suspect was caught while leaving the car and fleeing shortly after the accident, and the other suspect was arrested in an apartment prior to this.

This is the suspect arrest site. The traces of that time remain intact on the parked vehicle. The getaway vehicle ran into the car, hit the exterior wall of the apartment, and stopped.

Police injured in the chest and ankle are being treated at the hospital.

Police are investigating whether or not to take drugs against two Chinese suspects arrested at the scene.
