The Joint Countermeasures Committee for the reinstatement of Sergeant Byun Hee-soo and the restoration of his honor (the Air Force Commission) announced that it will hold an event in commemoration of Sergeant Byun for two hours starting at 6:30 pm on the same day. At the entrance of the Samgakji Children’s Park, the Commission will distribute candles and post-it notes to citizens participating in the memorial action.
