11 out of 20 suspected speculation in the new city identified by the joint investigation team are suspected of buying land by Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Byun Chang-heum as president of LH.

Prime Minister Jeong Sye-gyun mentioned the accountability theory of the Minister disguised and emphasized that the government will push ahead with measures to supply housing as scheduled amid the attention.

All 20 LH employees confirmed to be suspicious of speculation in the 3rd new city.

More than half of these 11 people purchased land in the region when Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Byeon Chang-heum was serving as LH president.

This is the point where the disguise can not be free from management responsibilities.
