A man in his twenties who stalking musical actor and singer Bae Da-hae (38) for years and posting hundreds of bad comments on the Internet was sentenced to imprisonment.
On the 8th, the prosecution asked the court to “send the defendant three years and six months in prison,” at a decision hearing held at the hearing of the chief judge Roh Yoo-kyung, who was the only criminal 1 of the Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Law.
Mr. A is accused of posting hundreds of malicious comments to Mr. Bae over the past two years, using 24 IDs on Internet portal sites, etc., asking,’What are you doing with a man at an inn?’
In addition, he contacted Baeda-hae, who has a cat, that he would like to present a hamster, a type of rodent, but when he did not receive an answer, he persistently harassed him, drawing a cartoon that a cat in Baeda-hae was eating hamsters.
A is known to have sent a mocking message to Bae Da-hae while being summoned to the police and being investigated, saying, “It will end with a fine” and “Is it possible to pay 10 million won?”
The police applied for an arrest warrant on November 24 of last year, seeing that Mr. A had no sign of reflection and fear of a second offense. The Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Court issued an arrest warrant saying, “The matter is serious and there is a fear of escape.”
In the police investigation, Mr. A acknowledged all of his crimes and stated, “It was because I liked it at first and was simply a fan. As I kept doing it, I became seriously mischievous. I didn’t know if this would be a crime.”
The sentence for Mr. A will be held on the 17th.
