[전국][단독] Coach is drunk and brutally assaulted…”There are more victims”

YTN continuously reports on the suspicion of the elementary school swimming coach’s assault and privatization of the swimming department.

Testimony from victims came out that the coach committed assault while drunk.

Also, although I did not sue, YTN also secured a transcript that there are more victims.

Group A, who won first place in the Mokpo area swimming competition for the first time, crushed her parents and even transferred to an elementary school with a swimming club.

Afterwards, group A, who was a dream of swimming, finished third in the national competition.

But I quit swimming because I couldn’t withstand the coach’s assault.

[폭행 피해 학생 : 새벽 훈련을 하는 날인데 그 다음 날이, 그 전날 저녁에 술을 엄청 많이 마시고 온 거예요. 그날 하루는 저희가 지금까지 말했던 구타를 다 맞았어요. 물고문도 당했고 그날은, 스패너로도 맞았고 키판도 던져서 맞았고….]

All 3 victims of the swimming coach’s complaint,

However, the victims said there were more swimmers who were beaten.

[폭행 피해 학생 : (수영부원이) 7명 정도 있었는데, 7명 중에 안 맞은 사람이 진짜 없어요. 매일 맞았고…. 심지어 이 형제 둘은 나이가 저희보다 어렸거든요. 2학년, 1학년 정도 낮은 아이 2명이었는데 완전 꼬맹이 아이까지 웃으면서 이렇게 때리는데….]

In fact, other victims also appear in the transcripts filed with the court.

The student did not sue the swimming coach, but said it was clear that he had been assaulted.

[폭행 피해 학생(2017년) : (다른 것으로는?) 오리발, (그리고?) 키판, (키판으로 어떻게 때려?) 아, 저 물속에 있을 때는 던져서 머리를 맞히거나 (머리 맞았을 때 어땠어?) 머리 맞았을 때는 당연히 아프죠.]

In response, the coach insisted that the trial was proceeding in his favor.

[폭행 혐의 기소 초등학교 수영 코치 : (공소 사실이) 틀리니까 검사까지 000이한테 캐묻잖아요, 틀린 점이 너무 많으니까…. (폭행) 그런 게 없으니까 검사가, 검사는 나를 심문해야 하는데 왜 000이를 심문해요?]

There are many students who are said to have been assaulted, but the swimming coach is fighting tightly, saying that they have never been assaulted.

Substantive truth is now awaiting court judgment.
