<대한금융신문=하영인 기자> KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 8th that it has launched the next-generation version of Liiv Real Estate, a comprehensive real estate finance platform, KB Real Estate LiivON.
KB Kookmin Bank’s new real estate information platform Live Real Estate launched a beta version in November last year, and then opened the official version of the Live Real Estate app and its website at the same time last month. The Live Real Estate app can be used for free by downloading it from the Play Store and the App Store.
The main characteristics of Live Real Estate are △A honey price that allows you to search real estate price information such as KB price, actual transaction price, sale price, public price, AI forecast price, and villa price in one place. △ A honey jar that collects the search results of YouTube, Google, Naver, and Daum at once △ A honey sale that finds and sells cheaper properties compared to the KB market price △ Honey information containing exclusive content from real estate experts.
In the future, Live Real Estate will analyze customer usage patterns, reorganize UX and UI, and upgrade the platform by adding a’sale home’ function that collects apartment sale information.
It plans to continue a win-win relationship with the Korea Certified Brokers Association, which has a partnership with KB Kookmin Bank. As a member of the association, a real estate agent can register for sale at Live Real Estate for free, which is expected to reduce the burden of advertising costs. In addition, joint marketing with the real estate platform’Korean medicine’ operated by the association will be promoted.
Meanwhile, KB Kookmin Bank launched a YouTube video advertisement on the 2nd to commemorate the release of Live Real Estate. This advertisement parodying the drama’Penthouse’ contains a story that solves the troubles of those suffering from real estate through fun orders that make real estate easier.
