The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced that 416 new cases of coronavirus infection (Corona 19) occurred in Korea as of 0 o’clock on the 7th. The scale was reduced by 2 people from the previous day and reached 400 people on the second day.
Of these, 399 cases occurred in the region and 17 cases were imported from overseas. The number of confirmed cases in the metropolitan area was 323 (127 in Seoul, 169 in Gyeonggi, and 27 in Incheon), which accounted for 81% of the nationwide.
As of 0 o’clock on this day, the number of people vaccinated for Corona 19 increased by 11,131 to a cumulative record of 31,4,656. With this, 0.6% of the entire population completed the first vaccination. The cumulative vaccinations for each vaccine were 309387 people for AstraZeneca (AZ) vaccine and 5269 people for Pfizer vaccine.
The number of cases reported as suspected of adverse reactions among the inoculated subjects increased by 806 to a cumulative 3689 cases. Of the 806 newly reported cases, 794 were mild cases such as headache, fever, nausea, and vomiting, which can be common after vaccination.
In addition, 9 suspected cases of anaphylaxis (33 cases accumulated), 2 cases of severe suspicion such as convulsions (5 cases accumulated), and 1 case of death (8 cases accumulated) were reported. Anaphylaxis suspected cases are classified into three categories: anaphylaxis shock, anaphylaxis, and anaphylaxis.
Currently, there are 32 cases of anaphylaxis-like reaction among suspected cases of anaphylaxis and 1 case of suspected anaphylactic shock. Severe adverse reactions with a risk of death are classified as anaphylaxis shock and refer to cases in which an acute allergic reaction occurs within 30 minutes after vaccination. Other serious suspicious cases are cases of severe adverse reactions such as convulsions and admission to the intensive care unit.
However, the current abnormal case report is a simple report count for which the causality of the vaccination department has not been confirmed. Epidemiological investigations are conducted only for severe cases such as death and anaphylaxis.
According to the Central Countermeasure Headquarters of the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on the 7th, the number of corona19 confirmed cases in Korea increased by 416 as of 0 o’clock.

In the non-metropolitan area, there were 79 confirmed cases, a decrease of 12 from the previous day. Of these, 76 people had local outbreaks and 3 people had foreign inflows.
In Busan, 6 new confirmed cases (Busan 3309~3314) occurred. One of these was confirmed as an acquaintance of the confirmed person in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do. For the rest, the route of infection is unclear in most cases. In Busan, the number of confirmed cases per day recorded a single digit in four days.
In Gyeongnam, three confirmed cases (Gyeongnam No. 2172-2174) came out. All occurred in Changwon, and it was found that they were in contact with Gyeongnam No. 2138.
In Ulsan, two additional people were confirmed due to domestic infections, including family contacts and visitors from other regions. In the case of a college acquaintance meeting, the infection spread to the family and acquaintances of the confirmed person, restaurant employees and users, and 31 people have been infected since the first outbreak on the 26th of last month.
Six new cases occurred in Chungnam. The occurrence regions are Cheonan, Asan, Hongseong, and Yesan. It was found that each one confirmed by Hongseong and Budget had contact with Chungnam No. 2475. Each one confirmed in Cheonan and Asan was classified as having contact with No. 2224 in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do. There was one confirmed case in Daejeon.
Nine new confirmed cases came out in Chungbuk. The affected areas were Cheongju, Jecheon, Yeongdong, Jincheon, and Eumseong, including cases of foreign infection. In Jincheon, one foreign worker related to a chicken processing company that caused group infection was positive, and in negative, one foreign worker from a glass processing company was positive. In addition, two foreign students from Uzbekistan in Yeongdong were tested positive before quarantine.
There are 4 new confirmed cases in Gwangju (No. 2115-2118 in Gwangju). In Nam-gu, Gwangju, two confirmed cases related to the call center of an insurance company where a group infection occurred. All of these were confirmed by examination during containment. In Gwangsan-gu, two contacts in Gwangju No. 1984 were positive in pre-isolation tests.
In Jeonnam, six new confirmed cases (Jeonnam 876-881) occurred. By region, there were 3 Yeosu, 1 Jangseong, and 2 Hampyeong. Among them, the confirmed person in Jangseong-gun is believed to have been infected after contacting 894, Dobong-gu, Seoul. All other 5 people were confirmed by contact with pre-existing cases in the region.
There were 5 confirmed cases in Jeonbuk. Namwon 1, Jeonju 4, etc. Among them, in Jeonju, the number of confirmed cases related to fitness group infection increased by one and two confirmed related to PC cafes. Accordingly, there were 66 confirmed fitness-related cases including other regions, and 12 cases related to PC cafes.
Ten new confirmed cases occurred in Gangwon. In addition to five additional confirmed cases related to the church in Jeon Sang-myeon, Chuncheon, Gangneung, and Inje, new confirmed cases with unknown paths of infection emerged. It was found that all five church-related confirmed patients were residents of Sangsang-myeon, Jeongseon-gun, and had been tested positive before the release of quarantine.
There are four new patients in Jeju. Among them, Jeju No. 590 had symptoms such as coughing and sore throat from the 2nd, and No. 591 had symptoms such as headaches from the 1st, so it was examined on the afternoon of the 5th and confirmed on the 6th. These two are family members, and health officials are confirming the movement and contacts.
During the immigration quarantine process, 5 infected people were identified. The origins of 17 overseas inflow cases, including this, are 9 from Asia, 2 from Europe, 5 from the Americas, and 1 from Africa.
