[정치]”Explosive increase in land transactions before the 2nd and 4th measures”… suspected public information leakage

As the wave of suspicion of land speculation among employees of Korea Land and Housing Corporation and LH was spreading, it was revealed that land transactions in the region increased sharply before the 2·4 countermeasures came out.

As it was an area where there weren’t many transactions in the past, there may be enough suspicion that public information related to development has been leaked.

Reporter Kim Joo-young reports.

This is Gwarim-dong, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do, where LH employees concentrated on land transactions suspected of speculation.

This area was additionally included in the 3rd new town in the last 2 and 4 real estate measures.

However, looking at land transactions in Guarim-dong, Siheung-si for the three months before the announcement of the measures, in November last year, there were 8 cases, December 5 cases, and January this year 17 cases.

Even if you combine all three months before that, compared to the fact that there were only two transactions, it has increased dramatically.

The situation was similar even before the announcement of the August 4th measures last year, when supply measures were dominated.

From January to April of last year, only 14 land transactions in the four months were counted as 167 cases in the three months preceding the August 4th measure.

There is no choice but to doubt whether related public information has been leaked before the government’s countermeasures came out.

People’s Strength Members of the National Territorial Commission conducted on-site inspections in the area.

The people’s strength said they could not believe the government investigation, and urged a large-scale investigation into the state affairs at the National Assembly level.

In addition, the Democratic Party strongly condemned it as an unacceptable anti-social speculative crime, and emphasized that it would take measures such as return of profits.

The Democratic Party is in a position to observe the government’s investigation, but if the public officials are uncovered further, the demand for a thorough investigation of the entire new city will inevitably increase.
