Accordingly, the nominee for the Ministry of Transportation’s “The Ministry of Transportation is already aware of the problem in the plant and will investigate the related problem closely.”

Currently, the state of Georgia is also requesting intervention, including the exercise of the president’s veto. This is in consideration of US President Joe Biden’s policy stance to supply electric vehicles and expand eco-friendly jobs. However, there has been no case of the US President exercising its veto over intellectual property infringement issues so far.
