On the 3rd, JTBC reported that Mr. A, who works at the Uijeongbu Project Division at LH Seoul Regional Headquarters, is giving a lecture on real estate investment at a paid site.
Mr. A received 230,000 won for online lectures and sold his own land auction lectures.
He introduced himself as a’one-stroke instructor’ and introduced that 1,800 people took the lecture.
In the lecture, he said he had 18 years of experience in a real estate investment company.
LH employees, who must prevent speculation, taught’the technique of speculation’ as a side job.

In an online lecture, Mr. A said, “This is information that is difficult to hear anywhere unless I tell you,” he said.
He showed his actual investment case and boasted that “(yield) exceeded 100%.”
When the reporters looked at the auction record of the property introduced in the lecture, the successful bidder’s name was the same as that of Mr. A, and when he took a copy of the building’s register, the owner had the same name as Mr. A with his last name and date of birth.
In an interview with JTBC, Mr. A denied that he gave an online paid lecture, saying, “I still have the building.”
However, according to reports, it was confirmed that A has revealed his investment experience by appearing on YouTube broadcasts several times in addition to paid lectures.
LH said, “We are conducting an internal audit for the violation of Mr. A’s obligation to prohibit concurrent employment.”
