As a result of JTBC’s exclusive coverage, an instructor at a paid Internet site promoting’land auction 1st hit instructor’ and ’18 years of investment experience’ found out that he was an LH employee. If it is true, LH employees, who must prevent speculation, are teaching the skills of speculation as a side job.

Mr. Omo, an instructor with a nickname, introduces that he is the one-stroke instructor in land auction auctions, and that 1,800 people attended one lecture.

With 18 years of experience as a real estate investment company, I have made numerous investments and are proud to have made a profit.

This lecture, which requires paying 230,000 won, teaches how to make profits from land compensation in redevelopment complexes.

The person who won the auction in 2016 is Mr. Oh.

The name is the same as an employee currently working in the Uijeongbu Project Division of LH Seoul Regional Headquarters.

I called Mr. Oh, an LH employee, and asked for the information on the registered copy.

[오모 씨 : 강의한 적 없죠. 제가 회사 직원이라서 특별하게 강의하거나 그런 적 없는데요.]

LH said, “We are conducting internal audits for violations of Mr. Oh’s obligation to prohibit concurrent employment,” and said, “We will take personnel measures according to the results.”

Since August of last year, LH has asked its employees to obtain permission to work concurrently if they engage in personal activities on the Internet.

However, Mr. Oh did not apply for a second job.

Mr. Oh appeared as a panel not only on this site, but also on YouTube, explaining his investment experience several times.
