On the 3rd, according to the police and the Ulsan Nam-gu Office, a report was received last month that A, a nursery teacher at a parent childcare center in Nam-gu, Ulsan, had abused a child.

Parents of the victims claimed that Mr. A committed abusive behavior, such as rolling the plates, even though the children’s plates were left with rice and side dishes during lunch.

As a result, the police and Nam-gu checked the daycare center CCTV, and the lunch time of this daycare center was 1 hour and 10 minutes from 11:40 am to 12:50 pm, and the actual children’s meal time in the CCTV video was less than 10 minutes.

When Mr. A finished his meal, he took all the plates of the children who were eating. It is reported that the snack time, which usually takes 20 to 30 minutes or more, was finished in 5 minutes for Mr. A.

In addition, Mr. A is also suspicious of dragging the wrists of some children, throwing dolls, and pulling the blanket with the child to cause him to fall.

In particular, a suspicion was raised that a schoolchild was excluded from class whenever he did not listen and was left lying all day on a blanket on one side of the classroom.

It is reported that there were 5 victims of children and about 100 suspected child abuse cases confirmed by the police.

The police are investigating Mr. A and the director of the daycare center for violating the Child Welfare Act.

The daycare center was closed on February 26th, and Mr. A left the company in December last year when the incident took place.
