However, Gyeonggi A lowered the level of disciplinary action through dismissal by filing a complaint review saying that the dismissal was an’excessive measure’. Sergeant A did not stay here and filed a lawsuit and was suspended for three months and succeeded in returning. Suspension is one of the severe disciplinary measures that temporarily suspend the performance of the job, and the maximum is 3 months.

Even though he returned to his job after going through such a difficult procedure, officer A was investigated again due to his behavior at the bar. Additional discipline is expected depending on the results of the investigation.
