Regarding the company’s response plan, Sports Seoul said, “When signing an advertisement, it is usually stated in the contract that the right to claim compensation for maintaining dignity is stated in the contract. If the controversy over harassment of these entertainers turns out to be true, the model fee will be returned. Of course, you can file a lawsuit for damages of a large amount,” he explained.
Regarding the suspicion of bullying damage, April’s agency DSP Media announced on the 1st, “(Hyunju) has suffered difficulties such as not being able to faithfully participate in team activities due to physical and mental problems of the person after the debut was confirmed.”
