According to the Meteorological Administration, it will rain or snow in the north of Gyeongsang Province until the morning of the 2nd, and it will rain in the southern and Gyeongnam areas of the Gyeongbuk region and snow until the morning in Jeju Island and until the afternoon in Gangwon Yeong-dong.

Estimated precipitation from the previous day to 3 p.m. of the day is 30 to 80 mm in the metropolitan area, Gangwon-do, northern Chungbuk, Gyeongbuk (excluding the southern inland of the Gyeongbuk area), the east coast of the Gyeongnam area, and the mountainous area of ​​Jeju-do. It is expected to be ∼60mm. Other areas are 10-40 mm.

Estimated snowfall is 10 to 40 cm in Yeongdong, Gangwon and 5 to 15 cm in Yeongseo, Gangwon.

Due to the influence of the cold northwest air from the night before, the temperature will gradually decrease, and the morning temperature in the northern and eastern regions of Gyeonggi Province, Gangwon Youngseo, North Chungcheong Province, and inland North Gyeongsang Province will drop to below freezing.

The lowest temperature in the morning was -5 to 5 degrees, and the highest temperature in the daytime was predicted to be 1 to 11 degrees.

The concentration of fine dust is expected to show a level of’good’ to’medium’ in the entire area due to the smooth diffusion of the atmosphere.

The wind will blow strongly on the coast of the Gyeongsang area, Jeju Island, the west coast, and Yeongdong, Gangwon, and the waves in the far south of Jeju Island will be very high due to the strong wind.

The southern coast is a period of high seawater height due to the astronomical tide, so be aware of low tide flooding.

The waves of the sea will rise from 2 to 5 m off the east sea, 0.5 to 3 m off the west sea, and 0.5 to 4 m off the south sea. The wave height of the far sea is expected to be 3 to 6 m in the east sea, 0.5 to 4 m in the west sea, and 2 to 4 m in the south sea.
