A female driver in her twenties reported a suspected drunk driving vehicle on the highway and reported it to the police, preventing an accidental accident.

However, the woman’s father was a taxi driver who played a major role in the police arrest after chasing a drunk hit and run vehicle just a few days ago.

An SUV car going to lane 1 goes to lane 2 without turning on the turn signal.

When the following vehicle avoids to the first lane, the SUV vehicle also re-enters the first lane without turning on the turn signal.

After feeling strange, the driver of the vehicle reports to the police and follows.

[음주 운전 차량 신고자 (경찰 신고 내용) : 음주 운전 차량인 거 같은 차가 아주 비틀거리면서 다니고 있거든요.]

SUVs sometimes travel at very low speeds in highway tunnels, and they run for a long time on the shoulder rather than on the driving lane.

The drunk driving ends as the police vehicle dispatched to stop the SUV.

[고속도로순찰대 8지구대 관계자 : 0.110 (면허 취소인가요?) 네, 취소입니다.]

[음주 운전 차량 신고자 : 차를 뒤에서 조금씩 따라가는 게 다른 차들이 제 차를 보고, 앞의 차 상황을 모르니까 다른 차들은, 제 차를 피해갔으면 하는 것 때문에….]

However, it turned out that the reporter was the daughter of a taxi driver who helped the police catch a hit and run drunk vehicle a few days ago.

[음주 운전 차량 신고자 : 터널 내부나 출입구에서 사고가 나면 2차, 3차 사고가 나기 때문에 조심해야 한다고 (아버지께서) 운전할 때마다 걱정을 많이 하시거든요.]

The police decided to award a certificate of appreciation to a woman who showed a shining civic spirit.
