The previous president’s commemoration of the March 1st has served as an opportunity to shed light on the national government initiatives in the first half of the year, such as domestic politics and diplomatic and security issues.

Reporter Cha Jung-yoon pointed out the message of President Moon Jae-in’s verse 3 and 1 since his inauguration, while interest is being drawn on what will be included in this 102nd anniversary remark.

The first three days commemoration after President Moon Jae-in’s inauguration focused on the historical significance of the March 1 Movement itself.

In the history of the Seodaemun Prison, President Moon, who also marched on the streets with citizens, criticized the Japanese government, the perpetrator, for the comfort women issue, saying that it must face the truth of history.

President Moon declared’preparation for unification through the transition of the new-Korean Peninsula regime’ and expressed his willingness to achieve a complete settlement of dialogue between the United States and the United States.
