Sayuri, a broadcaster who caused the controversy at Starbucks Moonjeonbakdae, said that he visited the store and apologized.

Sayuri wrote on her Instagram on the morning of the 25th, saying, “I sincerely apologize to the Starbucks staff who made me feel uncomfortable all day because of the emotional post I wrote yesterday.”

Sayuri once again apologized, saying, “I thought only about my position and did not consider any circumstances that could cause damage to the store and staff,” he said.

Sayuri said, “I made a mistake in an urgent heart.” “I was scared to take my child to the hospital because of the corona.”

My thoughts were short about trying to stay at Starbucks for a while, not a shelter. I went to Starbucks today and apologized to the employee and talked to him.”

Sayuri added, “I am really grateful that many people scolded me and taught me inexperienced, and I will try my best to show it in a better way.”

Sayuri came to the center of the issue by saying that he was denied access because he was unable to check the QR code while visiting Starbucks nearby to avoid the cold with a 3-month-old child when a fire broke out in his apartment on the 24th.

However, Starbucks said, “We responded according to the government’s quarantine guidelines.” A Starbucks official said, “If there is no QR code, we will guide you to write personal information such as phone number and place of residence in the directory by hand. However, you must match your ID with your own ID even when writing by hand.” It said that it was guided the same to all customers it found.

Sayuri and Starbucks controversy over the netizens all day long. There was a mixed opinion that Starbucks’ response to the principle was correct and that it needed flexibility. There were many reactions saying, “I can understand both Sayuri and Starbucks.” Many netizens said, “I first knew the policy of checking ID when writing a handwritten note.”

I sincerely apologize to the Starbucks staff who made me feel uncomfortable all day because of the emotional post I wrote yesterday.

I once again apologize for the rude behavior of thinking only of my position and not taking into account any circumstances that could cause damage to the store and staff.

The whole world is having a tough time due to the coronavirus, and there were certain principles that must be followed, but yesterday I made a big mistake in my very urgent heart.

I was scared to go to the hospital with my little baby because of the corona, but even now, thinking about staying at Starbucks for a while, not a shelter, my thoughts were short. I went to Starbucks today to apologize and talk to the employee in person.

I am really grateful that many people scolded me and taught me that I am inexperienced, and I will try to show it in a better way.
