Sayuri, a broadcaster who caused controversy by revealing that he was denied entry at a Starbucks store that he visited to evacuate the fire, apologized, saying, “I did not consider the store and the staff, but only considered my position and acted rudely.”

Sayuri said on Instagram on the 25th, “The world is having a difficult time due to the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19), and there are principles that must be observed. Yesterday (24th) I made a big mistake in my very urgent heart.” “I apologize once again for the rude behavior.”

The day before, Sayuri shared the story of evacuating with her child after a fire broke out in the basement of her apartment. Sayuri said he went into Starbucks across the apartment to determine the size of the fire after exiting the building, but was denied entry because he couldn’t verify the electronic access list (QR code) without a mobile phone.

Sayuri said, “While showing my son whose lips turned blue, I asked him to stay indoors for a while, but he said it couldn’t be done until the end.”

After such a story was revealed, online, “It is correct to restrict admission according to the quarantine guidelines. If you look at the circumstances, you will not need instructions.” Opinions came and went, and there was a lot of thought.

Starbucks said, “According to the government’s quarantine guidelines, we kindly guided Sayuri to fill out the handwritten list after checking the QR code or ID card,” and said, “Please understand this part of trying to comply with the quarantine guidelines as much as possible.”

As the controversy continued, Sayuri bowed his head on that day, “I was afraid to go to the hospital with a small baby because of the corona, but I thought about it now that I tried to stay at Starbucks for a while, which is not a shelter.”

Sayuri said, “I went to Starbucks and apologized and talked to the employee in person. I am really grateful that many people scolded me and taught me, and I will try to show a better image.”
