In the meantime, some of the business circles have consistently raised claims that’indoor management is possible’ using the ambiguity of the law. This is because, in the Special Administrative Provisions Act, the time limit for employment is specified as ‘5 years after the end of the sentence and 2 years after the end of the sentence’, but it was not clear whether it was applied during the execution of the sentence.
