Each supply scale is 70,000 units in Siheung, Gwangmyeong, 18,000 units in Daejeon in Busan, and 13,000 units in Gwangju Sanjeong. The specific target areas of Gwangmyeong Siheung are Gwangmyeong-dong, Okgil-dong, Noonsa-dong, Gahak-dong and Siheung-si Gwarim-dong, Mujinae-dong and Geumi-dong. The 12.71 million m2 of Gwangmyeong Siheung residential area is 4.3 times the size of Yeouido, surpassing the size of the 3rd new city unveiled in 2018. In addition, a large-area bus transfer facility linked to the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway will be established, and a large-scale transportation system within the district such as BRT will be established to eliminate blind spots for public transport. A plan to connect with the BRT in the Seoul section will also be considered. The target areas of Gwangju Mountain Peak are all areas of Sanjeong-dong and Jangsu-dong, Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju.
