When the medical association pulled out a’general strike’ card against the law to revoke the licenses of doctors who committed violent crimes, the Democrats ordered the government to act decisively.

On the other hand, the power of the people asked whether to touch the planting plant when it was necessary to cooperate with the doctor, and the question was when the bill was handled.

The revised bill of the Medical Law, which passed the National Assembly Health and Welfare Committee on the 19th, aims to expand the standard for revocation of licenses for medical personnel from violations of the Medical Law to violent crimes.

However, cases punished for negligence in the course of medical treatment are excluded from reasons for cancellation.

When the medical association mentioned the possibility of halting cooperation between the general strike and the corona 19 vaccination, saying that it is over-legislative, the Democratic Party pointed out that the doctor’s license is not a’strong crime free pass’, and that the people also have the right to receive medical treatment from a doctor, not a criminal.

In addition, in the Corona 19 situation, refusal to cooperate with vaccination would not obtain the consent of the public, and ordered the government to take decisive action.
