
Following the launch of the’Galaxy S21′, a flagship smartphone in the first half of last month, Samsung Electronics is expected to launch a maximum of two types of domestic 5G smartphones in the first half. It plans to fill the gap before the launch of foldable smartphones this summer with low-end smartphones.
According to the mobile communication and electronics industry on the 18th, Samsung Electronics will introduce at least one to two popular 5G smartphones in Korea in the first half of the year.
The most popular 5G smartphones expected to be released in Korea in the first half of this year are ▲Galaxy A52 5G and ▲Galaxy A72 5G. In May of last year, Samsung Electronics launched two types of low-end 5G smartphones in Korea,’Galaxy A51 5G’ and’Galaxy A Quantum (Galaxy A71 5G’s SKT-only model).
Samsung Electronics announced’Galaxy A32 5G’ in the UK last month, but it is unclear whether the model will be released in Korea.
The Galaxy A32 5G has a 6.5-inch display and a quad camera including a 48-megapixel main camera on the back. It has 64GB of internal storage in 4GB of RAM, and supports up to 1TB with a micro SD slot. It has a 5,000mAh battery and supports 15W fast charging and side fingerprint recognition.

The Galaxy A52 5G is reported to be equipped with a front punch hole camera on a 6.5-inch super AMOLED display. At the rear, it has a 64 megapixel main camera and a quad camera.
It is equipped with a mobile application processor (AP) Snapdragon 750G and a 4,500mAh battery. It supports 25W fast charging, and is expected to support 6GB RAM, 128GB internal storage capacity or 8GB RAM, 256GB internal storage capacity by country. The price is expected to be 429 euros (about 570,000 won).

The Galaxy A72 5G is expected to be equipped with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a front punch hole camera, and a quad camera with a 64 megapixel main camera on the rear, providing an OIS function.
It supports 6GB RAM·128GB internal storage capacity or 8GB RAM·256GB internal storage capacity, equipped with 5,000mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging. Like the Galaxy A52 5G, it is equipped with Snapdragon 750G. It supports in-screen fingerprint recognition. The price is expected to range from 450 euros (about 600,000 won) to 509 euros (about 680,000 won).
