During the 14th day, the last day of the Lunar New Year holiday, at least 151 confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19) came out in Seoul. Group infection continued in large hospitals and gyms.
According to the city of Seoul on the 14th, the number of confirmed cases at 9 pm was 26,324, an increase of 151 from 0 pm. The number of new confirmed cases was 4 more than 147 at the same time the previous day and 20 more than 131 on the 12th.
The daily number of confirmed patients in Seoul remained in the range of 100 for 32 consecutive days from the 7th of last month, and recorded double digits in 83 days on the 8th (90) of this month.

In the case of group infection, 19 confirmed cases related to Soonchunhyang University Hospital in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, occurred by 6 pm. The number of confirmed cases in Seoul has reached 74 so far.
In this hospital, the first confirmed cases occurred on the 12th in a periodic examination every 5 days for inpatients. Up to now, a full test has been conducted on about 2,000 patients, including patients, medical staff, and staff, and the results are expected to end around the 15th.

The number of confirmed cases related to the health club in Guro-gu increased by 9 to 32, and the number of confirmed cases related to Hanyang University Hospital in Seongdong-gu increased by 2 to 95.
The number of confirmed cases related to restaurants in Gwangjin-gu increased by 2 to 65, and the number of patients related to multinational acquaintances in Yongsan-gu increased by 2 to 62.
In addition, the number of confirmed cases related to a sauna in Gangdong-gu and a hospital in Dongjak-gu increased by one, to 25 and 9, respectively.
According to the status of confirmed cases announced by each autonomous district on that day, 15 confirmed cases occurred in Guro-gu. Eight of these are confirmed cases related to health clubs where group infections occurred. The rest consisted of 3 family members of the confirmed case, 2 contacts of the existing confirmed case, and 2 during the investigation of the path of infection.
There were 13 new cases in Yongsan-gu. Five out of 13 are confirmed cases related to Soonchunhyang University Hospital, where group infection occurred. 13 new confirmed cases were also identified in Gangdong-gu. Two were contacted with family members living in the building, and 11 were not specifically identified about the path of infection. Of the confirmed cases of unknown infection route, two showed symptoms during self-isolation, and three were positive in tests before and after self-isolation release.
Yeongdeungpo-gu announced that 11 new cases have occurred. According to Goo, eight of the confirmed cases are family members of confirmed cases in the existing area.
