Standard range trim, 100% subsidies for electric vehicles

Tesla Korea officially launched the mid-size electric sports utility vehicle (SUV)’Model Y’in Korea and started accepting orders.
On the 12th, Tesla Korea officially launched the’Tesla Model Y’, which consists of a total of three levels, including standard range, long range, and performance.
The Tesla Model Y has a maximum driving range of 511 km (long range), and based on performance trim, the time from standstill to 100 km/h is only 3.7 seconds, and the maximum speed is 250 km/h. The seat configuration is available for 5- or 7-seater, and the 7-seater option will be released later.
The 15-inch touchscreen gives you access to all of the vehicle’s features, while the elevated seats and lower dashboard provide a wider view of the road ahead, and the extended all-glass roof amplifies the sense of openness.
There is also increasing interest in how much subsidies for electric vehicles can be received from the launch of new cars.
According to the ‘2021 Electric Vehicle Subsidy System Reorganization Plan’, from this year, 100% of subsidies will be paid to electric vehicles under 60 million won. 50% of vehicles over 60 million won and under 90 million won are not subsidized.
Customers who purchase Tesla Y Standard Range (59.99 million won~) trim can receive full subsidies for EVs. Long range (69.99 million won~), performance (79.99 million won~) Trim can only receive 50% of the subsidy.
