Former Minister Kim Eun-kyung was sentenced to two years and six months in prison at the first trial and was arrested on charges of’a blacklist from the Ministry of Environment’. On the same charges, former Blue House Balance Personnel Secretary Shin Mi-sook was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison and 3 years probation.

This case has many implications for the Moon Jae-in regime.

first. This case shows the hypocrisy of the Moon Jae-in regime.

Originally, the blacklist was Park Geun-hye’s main menu.

Kim Ki-chun (former secretary chief) and Cho Yun-seon (former Minister of Culture) are still being tried on charges of’blacklisting the Ministry of Culture’. It was a disadvantage by secretly culling out cultural figures whose regime and code did not match.

It is President Moon Jae-in made by a candle that condemned Park Geun-hye’s state-controlled nongdan.
When he was a candidate, he accused him of’state violence that violates the foundations of democracy.’

The court rebukes Eun-kyung Kim as follows:

‘(Kim Eun-kyung) never decided on a nominee, and said that the support for the nominee was not instructed by him, but by public officials, denied any relevance and did not acknowledge his responsibility at all..

In fact, it is very likely that Kim Eun-kyung did not know well.
It was the Blue House that most often informed the nominee and ordered prior support, and called the public officials when the nominee was eliminated.
Of course, Kim Eun-kyung actively responded to such a process, but it is presumed that she could not lead.

Eunkyung Kim is a senior environmental NGO. Roh Moo-hyun, a former Blue House student, even received a great fight for being a minister.

Instead, the real power of Code Personnel was taken by the Blue House secretaries. They are usually from the party officials. Shin Mi-sook was a former Blue House administrator Roh Moo-hyun and served as an aide to the Democratic Party.

Blue House Secretary Moon Jae-in is stronger than any other regime.
So, former lawmakers lowered their ranks to serve as secretaries. Baek Won-woo, civil affairs secretary, Jin Sung-jun, political affairs planning secretary, Han Byeong-do, political affairs secretary, etc.

It is a bizarre dual structure in which activist parties actually wield excessive power and avoid legal responsibility.

Kim Eun-kyung argued that’this practice existed in the entire regime’ during the trial. It means there is no guilt or legal mind.

Finally… this case is reminiscent of the Park Gwan-cheon document during the Park Geun-hye administration.

Park Kwan-cheon is a police officer dispatched to the office of the secretary of the Blue House.
The title of the document he made is’Jung Yoon-hoe’s State Intervention Inspection Report’.
