The union claims that the system not only caused annual salary cuts, but was introduced without the consent of employees from the beginning, and is currently preparing a group lawsuit. On the other hand, the management is confronting that the self-design system was introduced after sufficient discussion with the employees.

Inside SK hynix, there is a lot of atmosphere to leave the company regardless of the outcome of the labor-management agreement.
